Rental Yield UK is a site we own and operate ourselves as part of our own SEO network. It is not a client project and this is not an independent client testimonial. The figures below are first-party Google Search Console data pulled from the property we control, shown so you can see exactly how we read and act on the same kind of data your own site would generate.
Challenge
A property-data niche built from a standing start, with no domain history and a head term ("rental yield") owned by established letting agents and portals.
Approach
We built area-level rental yield pages, each driven by postcode-level price and rent data, with a worked yield calculation and a comparison to the regional average. Dataset and FAQPage schema on every page, flat /area/ URLs.
Result
17.7k impressions and 103 clicks in the 28 days to 25 September 2026, at a 22.3 average position. Impressions and average position have both worsened since an earlier peak in spring 2026; the site is not currently on a month-on-month growth trend and this needs review rather than promotion as a growth example.

Methodology
Clicks, impressions, and average position figures come directly from Google Search Console for rentalyield.uk, pulled for the trailing 28 days from 2026-08-29 to 2026-09-25. Page-indexed counts come from the same property's coverage report and were not re-checked in the most recent pass. Ranking position buckets group the keywords we track for this site by average position and were also not re-checked in the most recent pass. No third-party rank tracker, panel data, or estimate is used for the clicks, impressions or position figures.
These figures are a dated snapshot from our own Search Console data, last checked on 2026-09-26, not a live feed. They show performance as recorded for that window, not the site's current position today.
